By creating an account or otherwise using EdgeRegime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Disclaimer, the Risk Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the equivalent law of your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Nature of the Service
EdgeRegime provides market-analytics and decision-support outputs derived from third-party market data. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice. You do not own the underlying exchange data displayed in the Service — EdgeRegime provides processed analytics derived from data licensed from its data provider (currently Zerodha Kite Connect), for your personal use within the Service only. Use of the Service is subject in full to the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@edgeregime.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal interactive use; (b) attempt to access another user's account or data; (c) share your account credentials with another person, or use an account on behalf of multiple simultaneous users; (d) use the Service to build a competing product; (e) interfere with the Service's normal operation, including its rate limits or scheduled data-ingestion processes; or (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination as described in Section 9.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's scoring methodology, software, design, and branding are the property of EdgeRegime's operator. You retain ownership of any data you input (such as watchlist selections or trade journal entries).
7. Subscription and Fees
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription, at the plans and prices shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Billing: paid subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.
Refunds: our refund policy will be published separately before paid plans are enabled, and will be incorporated here by reference.
Founding Member pricing (where applicable) is locked for the period stated at the time of purchase, subject to continued active subscription without a cancellation gap.
8. Service Availability
The Service may occasionally be unavailable or degraded due to scheduled maintenance, outages at our hosting or market-data providers, internet or infrastructure failures, or the daily broker re-authentication required by Zerodha/SEBI regulations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability. See our Disclaimer regarding data delay and accuracy.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: automation or scripted abuse of the Service, credential sharing, attempted reverse-engineering, or circumvention of access controls. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@edgeregime.com, consistent with your rights under our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeRegime's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses — see the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure for the full statement on trading risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
